By default, you will see all available records on your reports. Click the Filter icon to remove unwanted data. Once the filter is named and saved, you can access it again using the dropdown option (default is Show All).
If you have a student major group added to your People list, you can run a report that focuses just on that group.
Switching the operator from Equals to Contains can increase your results. For example, if you only want results for a single course, use Equals, but you must use the exact name of the course. Or you can use Contains and a word such as Bloodborne to get all courses with the word in the title. Currently Equal+ is not an option.
Flexi-Groups can be created to include several data sets or exclude specific users based on a data point. For example, you can have several majors added to a single FlexiGroup so you don't have to look up all your major codes each time you want to run a report.
Compliance officers have access to additional report columns, such as supervisor, job title, and department. To display these columns on your report, locate the Output Style and Format options when creating your filter. Select the "Grid" output style and format ending in "Detailed Grid" (available on Track Status and Training History reports).
