The Office of Research Regulatory Support (ORRS) facilitates research by supporting faculty, students, and staff with their research regulatory needs and by assuring research activities are conducted in a safe, legal, and fair manner. ORRS units include: Animal Care Programs (CAR/IACUC), Conflict Disclosures and Management (CDM), Export Controls and Trade Sanctions (ECTS), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Human Research Protection Program (HRPP), Stem Cell Research and administrative and technical staff. ORRS reports to the Office of Research and Innovation.
In addition to the specific missions of ORRS units, ORRS collaborates with external units' compliance and safety needs including the following:
