The Ability Learning Management System upgrade was completed on July 21, 2026, and the system is available for use. However, the following issues remain:

• Automated Ability LMS communications to learners have not yet resumed.

The next update will be provided on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

How will this impact you?

Users can access Ability LMS and complete available training. However:

• Automated reminders, completion notices, and other system-generated communications may not be sent.
• Recently completed CITI or other externally imported training may not yet appear in Ability LMS.
• Reports that rely on Ability LMS data in the Enterprise Data Warehouse will not include the most recent training completions recorded since July 15, 2026.
• HR-related updates may be delayed until the remaining integration work is complete.

What should I do?

• Use Ability LMS for training that is currently available.
• Do not repeat training solely because an external completion has not yet appeared.
• Be aware that EDW-based reports may not reflect completions recorded since July 15.
• Report urgent issues or time-sensitive compliance concerns to ORRS.
• Check this page for updated restoration information.
