Alisia Lamborghini serves as Director of Conflict Disclosure and Management (CDM) within Michigan State University’s Office of Research and Regulatory Support. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives to promote compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements related to conflict of interest and conflict of commitment, advancing transparency and integrity across MSU’s research enterprise. Alisia provides education and personalized guidance to faculty and staff related to disclosure and conflict management, and contributes actively to MSU’s research security program. Drawing on more than a decade of healthcare compliance experience, including over eight years specializing in conflict of interest management, Alisia has held key roles at leading institutions such as Boston Children’s Hospital and Boston Medical Center.
Alisia is also a participant in the American Association of Medical Colleges’ (AAMC) Forum on Conflict of Interest (FOCI) and collaborates regularly with peers across the Big Ten. Alisia earned her B.A. from Grand Valley State University and her J.D. from New England School of Law.
