EHS is launching a new Hazard Communication training course on July 28, 2025 as part of a phased rollout. This updated course reflects current regulatory requirements and MSU-specific safety practices and will replace the previous version.

All employees who work with or around hazardous chemicals will be required to complete the new course by the end of the rollout period. A 3-year refresher schedule will also be implemented to support ongoing compliance.

Completion Deadline: Within 30 days of assignment
Renewal: Every 3 years

Employees required to complete the course will receive an automatic assignment in Ability LMS.
